As
we mark our 10th Anniversary at SpawMaxwell, we
are especially grateful for our many friends and
long lasting relationships. In spite of the many
challenges we face today as a nation and in Houston
from a devastating storm, we remain strong and
very well positioned for the future.
We’ve retooled our corporate brand with
a new logo and tagline – Constructive Thinking – and
we are excited with the release of our new Web
site. One thing that has not changed, and will
not change, is our commitment to clients to provide
superior preconstruction and construction services
in Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
2008 will be remembered as a year of many extraordinary
accomplishments for SpawMaxwell. Consider
the following:
- Company revenues rose more than 50% from 2007
in excess of $300 million
- More than 4 million square feet of construction
was delivered in 500 projects
- Once again repeat clients accounted for 80%
of our work
- More than 31% of our workforce are
now LEED AP or Green Advantage certified
- 60% of our workforce is trained as AGC
Construction Safety Specialists – the
largest percentage of any comparable company
- And our most coveted prize – “Best
Places to Work” was awarded for the 8th
consecutive year in Houston, and the 2nd consecutive
year in Dallas (2009 is our year in
Austin!)

We
are constantly seeking improvement, mapping and
adjusting our course. We are cautious, but optimistic
and confident that we will rise to meet the extraordinary
challenges of the day. These have been great years.
