SpawMaxwell has set the standard for interior renovation and finish for commercial and health care clients in Austin, Dallas and Houston. We’ve accelerated our entry into ground-up construction at the invitation of existing clients. Frequently we’re asked to deliver interiors alongside a base building contractor. That’s a niche not many contractors can fill effectively. We also provide Construction Management and design-build services for Education, Industrial and Civic/Community clients.

Green building has arrived: More than 44% of our workforce is either LEED AP or Green Advantage certified. We put a premium on safety: 60% of our workforce have received AGC Construction Safety Specialist certification.

We are experts in the stringent requirements of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS). We train continuously on construction best practices: Product installation, commissioning, testing and warranty compliance. During preconstruction we excel in providing detailed constructability reviews, preliminary budgeting, sound value engineering and final pricing.
