Prior to 1998, both David Spaw Company and Maxwell Company Construction were known in Houston as interior renovation and finish specialists. Spaw specialized in commercial work. Maxwell delivered both commercial and health care projects. Together, SpawMaxwell has set the standard for interior construction in multiple practice areas in Austin, Dallas and Houston. As a Balfour Beatty company, SpawMaxwell will continue pursuing our core business of interior construction.
